Junk food ads to be banned
While we’re at it and reading the Guardian, I found this article on the proposed ban of junk food ads during the airing of any show that targets young people under 16. This is a first in television as such restrictions usually applied to children below 8. This shows that the gouvernment is realising that children of all ages can be influenced by these ads and that it may contribute to their eating habits.
