That’ll Learn You to Play with Knives!
This set of Komachi knives helps to promote food safety by identifying the purpose of each knife through its handle. By using one knife for preparing one type of food you can avoid cross-contamination when preparing different foods.
So a knife for bread has a handle that looks like a loaf of bread. The fish knife has a fish skeleton.

The knife for meat has cows and chickens.

While I doubt you’ll find these knives in any professional kitchen, they might be useful for the occasional chef. I like the design because it’s educational, promoting food safety and best practices in the kitchen, and it’s done in a way that’s accessible regardless of the culture or language.
