Free food or free trade

Ulla-Maaria wrote an interesting article about freed food and free trade this week. There are some good thoughts about the role of designers in this arena. Apart from Marti Guixé’s work i can’t honestly say that i know of a lot of designers who adress the social, economic and cultural issues around food.
