Fast-foodies in Berlin

Interesting NYTimes article on the transition that some restaurant owners in Berlin are making towards offering fast gourmet meals. Sound much more interesting to pick up a nice salmon steak cooked on a made-to-order basis and wait a little longer, than to get a microwaved burger at Golden Arches.
