I started to watch the video, but then I heard the chef mispronounce “bruschetta” within the first minute (it’s a common American thing—brew-shet-ah—instead of the proper Italian: brew-sket-ah) and I had to turn it off on principle. Still, the participants sound like they might appreciate CookCamp!
