Wine…in a box?

Long a staple of art-gallery openings, wine in a box certainly has a stigma to overcome before gaining mainstream acceptance. Nonetheless, Time magazine recently wrote about wine and the cost (environmental and economic) of shipping those heavy glass bottles across oceans. A number of solutions are being implemented by companies, including plastic bottles, cans, juice boxes, and, yes, wine in a box.
