In 2005, Mediamatic hosted Marti Guixé’s Food Facility project.

“FOOD FACILITY: Food Facility is a working prototype restaurant where the central kitchen is replaced by kitchens of existing take-out restaurants in the area. You are invited to make a choice from the menu of these take-outs and consume your order at Food Facility.”

Fo.am are hosting an Open Sauces event in Bruxelles on November 22nd which I will be attending to speak about this blog and the relationships between food, science, health, technology and culture.
