About Us


AlexAlexandra Deschamps-Sonsino was born in Montreal, Canada, but grew up in Europe and the Middle East. After completing a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design at the Université de Montréal, she moved to Italy to complete a Master’s in Interaction Design at the Interaction Design Institute Ivrea.

Now freelancing in Europe, she is interested in the service design process and mindframe. Through a user-centered approach, she always aims to design more meaningful interactions both on and offline, be it through objects, interfaces, services, systems, or business ideas.

DaveDave Chiu received his BA in English from the University of Delaware and worked as a technical writer in Silicon Valley for several years before earning his Master’s in Interaction Design from Interaction Design Institute Ivrea.

Currently based on the East Coast of the United States, Dave is interested in the role that services can play in more sustainable lifestyles and business practices. He enjoys design strategy, riding his bike, and writing about himself in the third person (although not necessarily in that order). He is currently pursuing projects of an entrepreneurial bent, but is always interested in collaborating on cool projects.
